"I lived in my apartment for one year. Property manager, Claudia is top notch. She goes above and beyond to accommodate. Luis was always ready to address immediate maintenance needs. However, the hidden, unknown charges at move out are beyond unrealistic."

The girl before her was unprofessional and never could answer any questions or concerns. This job needed someone to take charge and actually care about the residents.Claudia on the other hand made living here feel like home, safe and comfortable. She is ALWAYS quick to help, respond, and attend to any questions or concerns you may have, Yes even after moving out!! She is an absolute STAR at her job and most importantly she is kind and respectful with Everyone including the fur babies!! Beautiful/Genuine person! "Worst place to live in weslaco ever since the new landlord came or whoever is I charge in the front is awful . Making us pay 800!!! For moving out for damages that were already there in the apt we were assigned to .the front desk also told us we wouldn’t be getting any charges for the apt . Then decided to charge us a week later ?!!! Unprofessional . Girl in front needs to be fired , or learn how to do her job correctly. To top it off the apartment we rented was very dirty and they made us clean it ourselves!!!! Crazyyyy. Sliding doors to the closets were all broken as well when we moved in . Do your guys job right. This is not right ."

"I’ve been living here for a couple of months and it has been a great experience. From clean pool, very accesible grills for cookout, spacious apartments/rooms, kind neighbors to a very helpful management. Claudia has been a great help for any doubt I’ve had."

"The best apartments in town! Honestly I read so many bad reviews but loved the location since it was close to my job. I decided to give it a try and met Claudia the property manager who is the most kind and caring person! She was the reason I decided to move to the apartments! She helped me in all the document process and was beyond patient with the trillion questions I had. Once I moved in, my apartment’s fan was making a weird minor noice (I am very picky), Luis the maintenance worker immediately changed it! Luis was fast to fix it! The maintenance team is the best. Any issue you have they will fix it immediately. I realized later the bad reviews on the apartments were years ago but now the staff is so helpful. Do not hesitate on Midtown apartments! They are the best and with the best staff!"
