"The landlord doesn't make timely repairs. Ive been without electricity in my bathrooms for 2 months now due to faulty wiring. I wouldn't rent from Cesar Solano. He's not been responsive at all. He also will not return your deposit when you move out."

"Beautiful interior very modern but my cousin lives here and I feel so horrible for her! Random kids at all hours running around ringing her doorbell, throwing rocks at her window in the middle of the night,ppl coming to the door trying to sell an energy pitch but have no information about the business. They just bother her because they can. I visit quite often I live in the next town over and the "security gate" is never working always open! Neighbors are soooo loud you can hear them driving up to her house. Beautiful place but too bad ppl had to ruin it."
