"About 6 months ago new owners came in and brought a professional new management team. Since then, the parking lot has been fixed up, sealed, and striped, they created a work out center with great equipment, upgraded all of the electrical panels, and are working their way through refurbishing all of the units with new appliances, flooring, electrical and plumbing fixtures, cupboard facings, counter surfaces, and paint. I tried uploading pics, but it won't let me. Very nice place!"

"When we left, we leave the manager( Kim) the new address so she can contact us if anything happen. She have our phone and email and address but she didn’t even contact us but reported us to credit collection, that is so rude. She reported us for just only 185$, without let us know before. So you can tell how mean she can be. And she never picked up the phone or reply if u leave message at the office. I don’t understand how this apartment got managed but it is so bad and I was so mad by being reported for only 185$! Everyone should beware with the manager here. So mean so rude and unprofessional."

"This is probably the worst managed place I have ever lived. The manager is never in the office and doesn't answer the phone ever. She only communicates through email and notes in your door and around the property. I sent a time frame to turn in my keys at the end of my lease which she agreed to then she left. I ended up having to turn my keys into the maintenance man because she was no where to be found. I found it very frustrating. I left the place perfect and she's making up stuff to take part of my deposit. So beware. The redeeming side of this complex is the people. Everyone was respectful and kind to me here. Never and issues with any of the tenants. Only reason it gets 3 stars."

"Best apartments you will find in Alice Texas. No drugs, no pets, no problems. Office staff is pretty prompt with maintenance issues. Has a pool and washer and dryer room next to the office. Only downside is that the kitchen and bathroom could be upgraded."
