"Jamie and Maddie were very nice. Polite and knowledgeable and ask what they could do to make our stay more comfortable. I lost my leg and had back surgery. Jamie made sure I had a chair to take a bath even though they didn't have a handicap room for me they only have one handicap room and no handicap parking by the rooms whatsoever. All handicap parking is in the front of the building. Why that is? I have no idea. It makes no sense"

"All of the other hotels on my road trip sent an email thanking me for staying, not this hotel. Possible reason why, I mentioned a few items wrong with the room: shower curtain didn't stay closed, therefore spilling water on the wall & floor. There was no knob to pull for a shower, but the rod could be pulled. The hair dryer would stay connected to power, and we finally got it working the next morning. Luckily or not, we brought our own hair dryer, plugged into another socket, and it burned up the hair dryer, we stopped drying soon after the smell. Other than that, for the price, it was a good stay."

"The first room we had was not clean. They had bugs and the bathroom was dirty. Then we went and ask for a new room. Front desk didn’t know how to change room but finally got us changed to a different room where the bathroom had hair and wrapper in the shower. Not very clean hotel! VERY UNSATISFIED"

"Let me just preface, if I could leave NO stars as a rating, I would. However, since this is not an option 1 star it is. Where to start…. 1) the quote on what the charges for the room was completely false. On the day of making the reservation, the hotel receptionist quoted me a total of $157, which included a 2 night stay with taxes. 2) En route to the hotel, traveling from out of town (5 hours away), I received a phone call from the hotel receptionist, telling me that I needed to pay for the room per the owners orders because they were going to rent the room out to other guests without reservation. The hotel was made aware that I was arriving between 6:00-6:30pm and they had a card on file. Majority, if not all, would dare not run the transaction, but they did without me being present. 3) Upon arrival (6:18pm), I walked in with my son to see the front hotel receptionist, with a small babies in her arms. She did not wait on us until the child’s dad came in to pick up the child. 4)After giving us the room key, walking through the facility, I was appalled by what I saw. Ceiling tiles about to fall down, exterior door propped out, etc.5) I walked into the room to a space smaller than a closet. The bed had hair in the sheets, the top cover was dirty, the hair dryer did not work, etc. It was an absolute disgusting filth. 6) The breakfast was mediocre with cereal, toast, and waffles. For the amount I actually ended up paying at least eggs and bacon would have been great. When making reservation or looking for a place, STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! RUN! Lesson learned."

"The room was clean and tidy. We had the proper amount of towels, and we received awesome reception even though we arrived pretty late. Maddy was excellent to talk to, super friendly, and informative! My husband and I were definitely satisfied and will be staying here in the future."
