"I stayed there for a week and not once did they change my sheets after I asked and the last two days no housekeeping employees ever went by the room and asked if we needed it clean not once so I got on my knees and swept it with a dirty towel of therea and mopped there floor with another towel after I went to the store and bought my own floor cleaner and I had to get my own toilet paper it's need better cleaning services it also needs better maintenance to do the outside like cut the grass make it look alive to welcome people"
"Non functional elevators. Had to carry my luggage up the stairs. It appears the issue has been ongoing."
