"The property is small and older, so I was really surprised when I stepped into the room. It is just the right size, amenities are new; fridge, microwave, A/C, wall hangings, TV with some free movie channels, toilet, walk in shower with proper water pressure and temperature. Working digital A/C with Auto setting. Clean comforter and sheets with no cigarette burns. Clean painted walls and doors with no holes, tile floors. Curved shower bar is not falling down, rare in hotels. More than average number of electrical outlets! 8 by the bed and nightstand. I stayed here because the Days Inn I normally stay at is closed. This room is so much better. I enjoyed it so much that I booked another night on my next visit to Alice. The owners obviously take pride in the quality of stay for their guests. The AC was turned on prior to my arrival. Covered parking. They are doing some landscape foliage planting. I didn't need one this trip, so I don't know if there is an ice machine. The sink counter top is not large, but still holds my toiletries. This will be my new destination when I am in the area."

"Quiet and comfortable rooms. The amenities surprise you with how new or well maintained they are. Nice, modern shower head and clean roomy shower for example. Also fridge and microwave are similar to what you'd expect in a pricier place. Would recommend."

"The Motel owner Mr. Patel is a very nice guy. We had a late check in and he called to make sure that we were okay. He also had our room ready with the ac already on and in this Texas heat that’s a must. The rooms are very clean and nice from the inside they are up to date the TVs are nice and the AC’s are cold. The outside is a little rough but it really is a hidden jewel."

"I drove into this quaint little motel in Alice Texas about 4 in the morning and was greeted by a very nice man at the door who let me in and registered me quickly. I was also surprised at the cleanliness of the newly remodeled rooms. The price was great and I would recommend this hotel to everyone."

"No wifi!!!..The room is small but clean and decent..has little refrigerator, table with 2 chairs, and microwave. Has a shower and tub. All new and updated appliances. The best is that it has tile floors, no dirty/scarry carpets."
