"Had a very bad experience but the outcome was a very good one. I tried to rent a certain vehicle but there were none available. I called the nearest location which was located in Eagle Pass. They did had the vehicle I was looking for but couldn't rent it to me because I dont have a major credit card. I had cash and enough money in my debit but they declined my way of payment. This branch in Del Rio began to figure out how to get me to that vehicle and thru many calls and team work from their part they were able to get me a vehicle I need it. I felt they went above and beyond unlike the one in Eagle Pass."
