"To be honest, it's something... It's supposed to be renovated but most of the walls is very not new... or not done correctly. Staff is friendly, from what I've seen. Community seems to also be inclusive and kind. The price seems fair based on income. Another thing we know is that we must replace everything that is broken (including appliances that we didn't choose or we had no selection in...) The laundry room is extremely small too- 4 washers and 4 dryers... It's about 8 or 9 buildings with 4 apartments in each. That's extremely small. A neighbor told me they used to have 8... Why downgrade to a smaller laundry room??? And I've only been here for about 2 months too... There's been no problems other than that."
