"Front desk service was awesome. The rooms are decent. I would stay here only as a last resort. Very loud, & suspect environment. Me and my team of 20 stayed here and we were not happy. Several bad experiences. Video taping of guest room and belongings while room was occupied and this was approved by management. They did not understand how that was a violation. Did not feel safe and would not recommend."

"Okay for a overnight when passing through. We were in one of the unrenovated rooms which was pretty dank and need of upgrades especially when paying $150+ for a night. It also had some seriously intense air freshener going on that gave us a headache. Positives though was the location and the super lovely woman working at the front desk who was helpful, and sincere"

"I reserved 4 rooms for 4 nights for my crew. I found out they had to change rooms because one smelled like urine. Another room didn't have any hot water. All around was a horrible experience. I just wish my crew would have told me sooner so I could have changed hotels for them. I would avoid this hotel at all costs!!"

"The hotel is an older building with direct access to the rooms from the open parking lot, but don’t let that discourage you from staying here. My room was clean, everything in the room worked and appeared to be in good order, and the staff was friendly, professional, helpful and available. The nightly rate was way more reasonable than others in the area and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price. It was quiet and safe, with no issues during my stay. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for future visits to Eagle Pass."
