"Horrible hotel! I will never stay here again! No one should stay here unless you want to be ripped off. I was charged from a room even though i cancelled within the window. I have contacted the hotel multiple times and they continue to deny my refund! This place should be closed down. I have stayed here one other time and it was dirty."

"Wanted a room for the night to go to Kickapoo Casino, we tried calling the office no one answered so we hoped for the best they had a room that night and luckily they did. It was $100, I have no complaints. We had the ac at 60 we slept like good. #142"

"I called early in the morning because they did not give me my deposit back and was told to call after 7, called after 7 was told to call after 9, called after 9 and now no one answers the phone. I will dispute with my bank and will also call the city and whoever else I need to because my room did not have a smoke detector in it and they should not be open. I do have photos that I took."

"I just stayed at Casino hotel and checked out 6:50am after ringing the doorbell 4 times a lady finally came out and got my key. I called later 4:40pm 10-29 a guy answered. I told him if he could double check that my deposit was cleared because the lady was still sleepy in the morning.He was super rude and sarcastic telling me well was she asleep or did you give her the key. I told him no need to be rude but he proceeded to tell me I had to be clear if she was asleep or turned in the key in the morning. I had no choice than to hang up because it was very uncomfortable. The conversation was in Spanish. I did also pay 150 plus 52 dollar deposit. Not worth it."

"Dirty, dirty, dirty. Between the sheets there was underwear left from previous renter. The bed was made but obviously not cleaned or sheets changed. The lock on the door was falling off. The satellite TV remote didn't. Work. There were dead small roaches around the room. The bathroom was not clean as, there was long hair against the wall of the tub. No parking space available. Even after reporting everything to front desk, nothing was done about it."
