"I have never started at such a rundown hotel. We had no choice but to stay here, I can see why it was the only place available. No elevators is ridiculous. The carpet is from the 80s and was wet when we walked in. There are visible stains on the couch and mold on the ceiling. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car. Trust me. I have a "suite" and there is a sign that says not to move the air lower than 70."
"I was surprised to be told I needed $100 CASH Deposit in order to stay.. Is this done in hopes that I would forget about it, as I had to ask for it at check out. I did request non-smoking and still got a room full of smoke."
"The star is only for the kind staff. hotel staff was amazing, accommodating & efficient. We checked in really late & the person at the desk was kind and rushed to get us to our suite 201. We also needed extra pillows were accommodated quickly. Total: 2 adults & 2 children. The property however is in dire need of updating. The plumbing was soo loud in our suite, we could hear the toilets flushing & the showers running. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The vents were really loud as well. Not only did the plumbing keep me up, but so did the mattress & terrible pillows. There were several insects in the tub & the carpet looked like it was from back to the future. Also, the suit was on the second floor and was hard climbing up/down. No elevators. Would NEVER stay here again."
"The room is nothing like those pictures. These rooms are out dated. They smell musty and matress is ugly and stained. My back has been hurting all day. Breakfast was no good. Waffles, cereal and bagels. Really. I was very disappointed."
"The rooms are not the best but EP is a small city. So don’t expect the best hotels around here. Service is decent, the quality of the sheets and towels are fine. Yeah, the room smells funny and the carpet is old with some stains. They really should invest in the property and fix that driveway. If you have low profile car you are going to scratch under your car."
