We’ve only had a few minor issues & they are super fast at tending to the issue, other apartments I’ve lived in would’ve left the issue for weeks/months. The person in charge Melissa, she is beyond amazing & super helpful! I’m so happy we’ve found a beautiful place to call home and be happy!!!"

"The brownstone is hands down the best apartments my husband and I have stayed at. From the very first day we went. Jackie and Rachel really worked as a team to make sure things were done right. Jackie was with us the whole way from showing the apartment to always being helpful and friendly when we had a question. They were so professional, no hidden fees and they were very timely in all requests. The pool was always sparkling, never overcrowded. The grounds were kept so clean, and the complex was always very quiet. Not to mention, they are fairly new so everything really looked just like the model. Good luck trying to find another fabulous complex at such a good price. Their move in special was great and although we had to leave unexpectedly mid-lease, they made the transition smooth and were so understanding. I did not even leave the apartment the way I found it, I tried, but in our situation it was difficult. I was surprised that I got as much of my deposit back as I did. I even had a dog and we absolutely loved the dog wash station. It’s a great place to live, there’s no other place I’d choose in Uvalde."
