"I usually don't put reviews but I felt, these apartments have been the best apartments I've lived in so far. It is very laid back, quiet, and comfortable here. These apartments are very affordable and well kept up, especially compared to all the other apartments I've seen here in Uvalde. The tenants are very nice and chill. Savanna is a great manager and is very helpful anytime we need anything and is always there. Maintenance is great too and is quick to fix repairs. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a place or apartment"

"Very poor business ethics. Dragging out a process for almost a month now. When she had availability a week after inquiring. We have offered the deposit several times to ensure we have an apartment. We have been persistent with touching base with her on the apartment and nothing but kind. She does not go out of her way to call you back to let you know the status. She refuses to hold spots. We have the money in hand. Called Wednesday again and she said " there should be a apartment available to look at by the end of the day. Let me take your call back information and I'll call you back at 330". 3 days later and still havent heard back. It's been the run around everytime we have talked to her. Can never give a definite answer, just excuses. Not something you want to hassle with when you're looking for a place to live in a timely manner. She doesn't take her business seriously or the consideration of others. Definitely wouldn't recommend."

"We have been living here for almost 2 years. It’s a very nice place to start off and a very good price for the rent. No problems with management they are very attentive and very pet friendly. Very quiet place, we haven’t had a problem while living here. This is just my honest opinion."
