"The manager of this place is an evil woman. She may be a bit racist and definitely discriminates against those who are in need of financial assistance. The only area that appears to have any type of handicap accessibility is the ramp going up to the office. Unless they are counting the mound of asphalt that goes straight into dirt that the manager calls grass. Which, by the way, she will yell at you for stepping on. Most of the sidewalks that are supposed to be used have steps, so if a walker or wheelchair is needed, they have to go through the dirt "grass" and get yelled at. As a disabled veteran, this is pretty upsetting and frustrating. When it rains, some of the apartments flood, and the managers response is " its mother nature." Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere that is more ADA accessible and has a nicer manager."

"You do not want to live here and here are some reasons why.... There is mold coming from the vents, when it rains hard my living room and bed room flood, the yard is not kept up with and is full of stickers the laundry and washing machines eat your money and don't even work and they Have Such a HUGE ROACH PROBLEM!!! You will see small and big roaches all over the house mainly in the kitchen area they are everywhere its disgusting the rent they ask for is ridiculously to high for what they have to offer. Think twice before applying here. Also they have a $55.00 late rent charge and $5.00 everyday after that. It's bad business a lot of tendents are staring to leave as am I."

"I PCSd from Korea [Osan] and the apt staff recently entered my apt without written notice or permission and removed some of my property and has been very slow in return my stuff. Additionally they have not returned any calls. I will be filling my police report tomorrow. Cheap place use the money you save for a storage unit off site."

"Been a resident for almost a year, terrible living conditions. If you have any problems with living, forget about calling management, they're never there. Hours on the door say 8 to 5 everyday. Couldn't tell you how many times I went to report an issue and no one was there (during hours of "operation"). I've got black mold coming from the vents, neighbors smoke cigarettes heavily, bees come in from the oven vent, and the house has zero insulation, so expect a $150-200 electric bill every month. The payment per month is not worth the living conditions."

"You don't want to live here. I'm a resident who's been waiting for 4 months for my sink to get fixed and almost 5 weeks for my toilets. Lawn care is NOT kept up with and they don't care about your living conditions. Everything has went down hill since they hired a new first time manager."
