"My first time dining at Silo Prime was disappointing. The atmosphere was absolutely lovely. Our server was subpar. He kept forgetting to bring our bread. He forgot to bring an entire menu selection. He was not attentive to our table at all. My Sea Bass was delicious, the lobster tail was luke warm as well as the Mac & Cheese. The Salmon was served Luke warm as well. The best part of the entire dining experience was the Wedge Salad, the delicious bread and the beautiful rooftop view."
