"My first visit will be my last I'd rather travel 3 hours than to deal with the rude and unpleasant staff mainly the receptionist at the labor and delivery with tattoos all over her hands and arms, you can clearly see she hates her job and takes it out on patients, talk about an ugly personality to have to greet women whom are expecting"

"My son and daughter both had to be taken to the emergency . One was admitted and one was discharged. But due to me being a single mother with no family around. I wasn't able to leave and go get my son's meds that he needed due to the fact that my daughter was admitted to a room . They refused to help him even though his temp was well above 102 and throwing up. They told me I would have to go back to the er and get him seen. And leave my daughter who is 5 among people she don't even know . This is truly upsetting. ...... I just needed Tylenol to hold him over till I could figure something out and they couldn't even do that . . . . ."
