"i wanted to edit my review as i have decided to seek treatment elsewhere. this place has not been able to in 3 months, have 4 weeks of consistently having my meds or being closed. all of which i find out super last minute too by the way. for example, today i was supposed to have my treatment at 2:30. at 2:00, as i’m leaving, i see a voicemail that was just left a second ago with them telling me that they don’t have my meds ready. i’m sure you could have let me know this morning as opposed to less than 30 minuets before my appointment time. as well as they have not even tried to stick to the treatment plan that’s provided by the fda and are unwilling to even try to give that a good faith effort. it’s unfortunate how hard it is to find places that work with insurance for spravato treatment, but this place clearly does not care about helping you get better whatsoever. no communication, don’t be suprised if they completely break the protocol and treatment plan. doctor doesn’t even reference notes they made about previous medication trials, and even tried to fight me on whether or not i have tried a medication before… check your notes if you don’t believe me. Was also told at my consults that i would have a room alone but that is not the case, please keep that in mind when scheduling."
