"Great little place to live good neighbors good management good living."
"Left here about half a year ago, for the first month it was smooth sailing then just all down hill. There was always loud and unforgiving events with the “neighbors”, maintenance was slow and unprofessional, and the new management seemed to be rude and inconsiderate. Not to mention the constant cannabis smell. Glad we got out when we did."
"There was mold, cracks, and chipping on the ceiling. It's not secure here, you'll need a gun. The neighbors and neighborhood need help. Think twice about going after someone you have a vendetta towards, you may not like it. I'll show those neighbors the consequences of making noise during quiet time, those banging were stupid and I will do something. Be scared, be afraid."
