"Spent 2 years here Great place to live especially if you like peace and quiet, neighborhood is generally nice and everyone minds their own business. The managers of the complex are very nice and generous with their coupons from time to time and for that I am also thankful. But who I would give light to are the maintenance guys, they get the job done and very professional about it too."
"The houses were great. They served our purpose. Shantha is awesome. Melana is a terrible manager, and the owner of the whole complex doesn't even live in Texas. He owns SEVERAL rental neighborhoods, and doesn't give a damn about the people living in them. When trying to get our deposit back, they wouldn't give it to us because we didn't paint the house back. We NEVER painted the house, the home was in the same condition as we'd received it. For the price the owner is asking for it, it's not worth it. Find something else. Great neighborhood, safe, family friendly -- however, an ice cream truck drives through after hours in the evening and in thunderstorms. This caused a great deal of concern, as children are usually going to bed at 8pm."
