The Wellington

"The Wellington staff and other residents are so kind and respectful! I have loved living here! Maintenance is always working hard to upkeep the grounds. The staff responds quickly to any concerns. I haven’t had any issues while living here. Water does get shut off from time to time, but residents are always notified for how long and the reason. The location of this complex is perfect! I moved here without any knowledge of Amarillo; however, the Wellington made the transition extremely easy for me."

"The Wellington has been a wonderful place to live. The apartment manager Lisa has been so wonderful and always responsive. The maintenance has been very satisfactory. This is a big property and if you need something worked on they will get to it within 24 to 48 hours. I love the town home here. Especially the one with the view of the courtyard! My neighbors have been so awesome and I wish I could stay here longer. All around this place is old but well taken care of. Seriously, if you can get a townhouse here you won't be dissatisfied. It's a fair price and a beautiful property. I'm going to miss it."

"Great apartments for a affordable price, maintenance has always gotten around to fixing things the next day at the latest, and replacing same day if that. The managers are always super helpful with everything. They helped me find a bigger apartment, worked with me on the pet deposits, and are swift to deal with loud tennants after hours. Couldn't ask for a better run apartment complex."

"Really enjoyed our time living here. The office ladies were nice enough and made our first-time renting experience easy. The facilities were well-maintained and maintenance was always quick to respond to issues. There were a few setbacks such as the laundry facilities being shut down at 9 due to vandalism (sometimes earlier due to maintenance leaving early), and lack of security when my car was broken into. When we moved out (on a Saturday after the office was closed) we dropped our keys along with our move-out checklist into the "secure dropbox" and got several calls later in the week accusing us of never turning them in and threatening to keep our deposit (another issue that could have been solved with security cameras). Overall, it was a good place, charming, solid buildings with good amenities, and excellent location close to everything you could possibly want/need in this town."

"Quiet, well-managed building. Apartment manager was very polite and considerate. They change air filters and smoke alarm batteries every six months months. Other than that they leave you alone. Convenient bill-pay system online. Trash is emptied quite regularly. Beautiful grounds and dog park on property."
