"Used them for our rental property and in the beginning it was looking good. Then repairs starting coming in. Rental had an old refrigerator and according to our contract they're supposed to notify us if repair is above a certain amount. This repair for an old refrigerator was almost the price for a new and they repaired just for me to have to repair it again. She apologized and I still ended up forking up the bill. One time a renter moved in and signed a lease and moved out next week and they allowed it all to happen. Used an old lease that we signed to get tenants in. Very suspicious business."

Takes any chance to blame you for something breaking Like a trailer floor that has original flooring in it from 1984 and it’s falling through. It’s your fault.
