Windtree Apartments

"My sister lives here and it’s awful. There are absolutely no lights in the parking lots AT ALL so it’s always extremely dark there at night which is dangerous. The landing at the top of the stairs going into her apartment is crooked, and coming undone and looks like it could collapse at any moment. They also have an EXTREME roach infestation which the managers still won’t hire a professional to eradicate. They just bring them the type of roach traps they sell at Walmart and just spray with stuff anyone could get. From what I’ve seen, they seem to me pretty run down and unkempt. And you’ll have BUGS. Would not Recommend."

"One of the worst ,unsafe places I ever lived. It took a year to to complete a work order. I feel like I am being stocked even though I can not prove it. They add unseen fees to the rent when ever they want. The grounds are unkept with dead trees that over hang the sidewalks. The apartments are dark and depressing. One star is being generous. Management is rude.cannot wait to get out of here when lease is up."

"Absolutely the most disgusting place I have ever lived in my life. Several mice and tons of roaches. Structural problems throughout the apt. Staff is very rude and most of them quit because of how poorly this place is ran. The yard and bushes are never cut and growing all over the place and blocking stairs. Rent is never the same price it seems to be just what ever the apt complex feels like charging at the time. Bushes were so over grow my ac did not work due to being smothered. The apt underneath me was due to be condemned acording to the apt staff but nothing was ever done. I would never recommend this nasty mice ridden place to anyone."

"Like Bryan, I don’t get the complaints though I know the management before the current managers were not great. Any “issue” is resolved quickly. Connie does a great job with such a large complex as well as Terri. And of course Traci when she’s filling in ;). Gage is very sweet in the office as well. Maintenance has a lot on their plate with residential needs along with the grounds keeping and updating but if there is a problem they make it a priority. Honestly, I plan on renewing our lease until we buy a house in a year or two. Great school district, quiet area, and great hard working staff."

"I am a current resident here and I just wanted to say that the management is always helpful. I love that they greet me every time I go into the office! Maintenance is on top of the orders that I place so thankful for my new sliding door for the patio! Plus the apartment was in awesome condition before we moved in. My girlfriend and I couldn’t be happier with our first apartment!"
