"Pros: The lady who manages it is very nice and very responsive and gets onto maintenance quickly. Cons: I’ve lived here for 4 months, my apartment has flooded twice, and the apartments around my floor flooded as well. My fridge went out while I was gone for a month and ruined my food and there was a god awful smell. The landlords are very cheap with this complex. Just find somewhere else. Like I said, the manager and maintenance people are very responsive and friendly, but the owners seem to be cheap."
"We enjoyed living here. The manager (Talana) is extremely nice and on top of any problems she is always very friendly and quick to handle things. It always looks clean and everyone I met who lived there was extremely friendly. Drama free, no loud music issues or anything of that nature. I give them a 5 because as far as apartments go this is the best. No bugs, no problems of any kind. Any maintenance issues were quickly taking care of. Overall beautiful place definitely would recommend."
"I had been a resident here for 3+ years. I have enjoyed living in these apartments. Maintenance was always wonderful about fixing things promptly. The laundry room was always clean, pool was always clean. My neighbors were super friendly and quiet. I never had any issues with noise. This is a great place to live for the price"
"If you are looking for a nice quite apartment complex I highly recommend Canterbury Apartments. Talana the property manager has been great since day. I have never once had an issue. When I need any help in my apartment Talana ALWAYS does everything she can to help. Can’t forget how well organized they are and very detailed with any updates on the apartment complex. 10/10!!"
"I highly recommend Canterbury Apartments! Get the second floor apartment though! First floor can get crazy loud with people above you on wood floors and vaulted ceilings - noise echoes. Non-smoking property makes it a plus! Great value. Awesome pool & club house! We just out grew it. Can't beat the location!"
