"I love this property. I’ve lived here the last two years and even a year back in 2019. I came back because I’ve never had such a great experience with any other apartments. Kimberly is an amazing property manager and always makes sure I’m set. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have always been taken care of either that same day or the next. Last summer my heater went out during a holiday weekend and the maintenance men brought their shop AC up to my 3rd floor apartment so I wouldn’t be burning up all weekend. My AC was fixed as soon as we all went back to work. I will always send friends and family to this property."

"This is one of the best Apartments in Amarillo. We’ve had a wonderful experience in the past two years that we’ve lived here. It is centrally located and a close proximity to Schools, the Mall, Medical District and Groceries just to mention a few.The apartments are clean and well maintained by very dedicated and caring employees. The management and staff are friendly, respectful and professional. There are several community based programs that the management organizes to benefit both children and adults as well. This has been very helpful and appreciated by all residents. Simply put, it’s the best apartment to live in."

"My wife and I are newlyweds and have been living here at Town Parc for about 6 months. We’re very happy; we really can’t complain. The space is perfect for a couple like us and the rate is reasonable. It has everything we need and is cozy. We make an effort to keep it clean and organized, so it always feels new. Management has been excellent from the start; they were informative before we signed the agreement and since then have been responsible, prompt and very kind to us. Any small request we ask of them (which are few and far between) is always tended to quickly. More than anything, we feel very fortunate to have a manager we can trust completely. The noise levels are really not bad. No one can be heard blasting music super loud (we really appreciate the apartment’s 10pm rule). Once in a blue moon, a car alarm will go off outside your apartment, but it’s not deafening and it’s usually resolved quickly. If you’re not on the top floor, sometimes you’ll hear children running around on the floor above you, but hey, they’re kids, and it’s not like it’s all day long. Overall, choosing Town Parc was hands down the best decision for my wife and I. We looked at several apartment complexes, but Town Parc won in the all of the categories that matter most. No regrets!"
