"Tried applying for a unit got accepted with three applications, it’s been two weeks since everything happened. then got Denied they didn’t specify the real reason. The lady in office is completely an awful person. She’s so disrespectful and just has the worst customer service/attitude . Jeremy he’s so kind and understandable. He helped me with everything . Truly he showed instant respect. Honestly Jeremy you shouldn’t belong there. Go somewhere else that’s better service. This is just awful. I have a disability and they denied my dog. I have full registration and everything and still got denied Then again this place is awful. Do not I mean Do NOT live here."
"Probably the best place to rent in the area, the buildings seem well taken care of and maintenance will actually fix things. Conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores such as drug emporium and dollar general."
"Prices are good however the unit I was in had a brown recluse issue which made feel a little uneasy. Overall a good apartment for the price. Spacious and good for short term living"
"A few years ago I cleaned the apartments in this complex, so I got a chance to tour each building. Ridgecrest has a variety of floor plans to suit anyones needs, not to mention tons of storage space and closets! The balconies and fenced in backyards were a huge selling point for me, and the apartments are all spacious! The covered parking is a blessing during Amarillos crazy hailstorms! The management team is always helpful and friendly, and they care. Everyone in maintenance are friendly and professional, and they work quick and efficient to fix any issues properly. The complex is well taken care of and I love living here!"
"These apartments are super nice! We have lived here for a couple of months, and the management is the best I’ve ever come across! If you are needing a decent priced apartment, this is the place to be! We love having a backyard for our doggos to play in and a lot of ground to walk them around on! Having 24/7 emergency maintenance is amazing too! The maintenance guys are awesome and helpful."
