"This place is a rat hole. Management doesn't care. Loud music is played all night. We have mice, 3 bad outlets, we have put in maintenance request twice for them to be fixed and there's zero response. Why, because their maintenance guy speaks only Spanish. Well, hire an English speaking maintenance guy. There's a rotten turkey that has been out front since the week after Thanksgiving, garbage is all over the place. If I could give zero stars I would. Update... still zero response about any maintenance issues. Mice are worse then thae last post.. My brother and I are looking for someplace else to move to. The city will be called this week. 02/18/24"
