"Looking for a decent all bills paid apartment? KEEP LOOKING! Have been here a year and a half. When we first moved in things were great. They were well cared for- had been remodeled- when you had any issue maintenance got right on it and things were fixed Quickly. We were so happy that we decided to sign another one year lease and move to a 2 bedroom upstairs- things went downhill from there. We reported issues to the manager over and over and were completely ignored or blown off. Corporate was no better and refused to communicate with us - because we were "unhappy". They refused to repair things so we refused to pay rent - they do not maintain the grounds. Washers/ dryers rarely work- they take your $ more than anything. The pool has yet to open- even though they promise over and over. Rails are falling Off the stairs- awnings are falling and floors are crumbling. We had to put in our own security cameras because the ones by our place didn't work - and don't get me started on the mold (Proven by a test kit after management refused to a knowledge)... You get the point! If you are looking for a decent place... this is not it!"

"I have been here since November 2018, So 5 months now, the apartments are nothing fancy. But I love coming home to my little apartment. Sometimes the kids can be a little loud at later hours than I prefer. But honestly that’s been my only issue. The manager And maintenance man are amazing ppl. They have both been so good to me. I started here in a one bedroom and now am in a two bedroom and I love my little space. It’s home, it’s clean, it’s comfortable, and I am definitely happy here. I very much enjoy my little apartment and the staff at Westminster. It’s close to everything, there are two onsite laundry rooms, it’s very well lit, parking right outside my apartment, and the staff works very hard to keep it clean, up to date and drama free."
