"I lived here for four years and tought this was a nice place to settle down. However as the years went on, my rent went up each year without proper notice. I felt that it began to get overpriced for what they offered. As I was there for my last year, I felt my privacy was invaded. Maintenance would always find a reason without notice to enter my apartment. My last year there also the management was unprofessional about me not resigning the lease."
"Our primary residence is in Florida but we keep an apartment here for when we come "home" and absolutely love the quiet community and upscale feel of the property. Steven, the property manager makes sure our apartment is watched after when we are gone and maintenance stops by to ensure there are no issues while we are away. We couldn't imagine a better property!"
