"This is one of the worst apartments I've ever seen. My daughter lived in a studio apartment for a year with her baby. When she moved I'm the apartment was filthy. It was over run with cockroachs. They supposedly sprayed but the roaches never left. At night she felt the bugs crawling on her. The oven never worked the year she lived there. She stayed because she is a single mom mom"

"We moved in thinking everything was done. We had been in talks for at least 2 weeks. We paid the deposits, which turns out is $300 per person for the security deposit. We were not under that impression but whatever, maybe we over looked it. When we signed the lease, she let us know there was still furniture in the apartment and that the maintenance had quit earlier and was supposed to come in that day. Since I had to move everything from one apartment to the other, I said me and my wife would move it out. But the studio hadn't been touched. There was dist everywhere. The tub isn't usable. The AC was a block of ice which had to drip out onto our floor. (Fortunately they got someone there within minutes of us pointing it out to get it "fixed". I guess it worked but it mostly dropped out onto our floor). The floor was so dirty our cleaning supplies was almost no match. Because I ended up emptying two apartments for the price of about $1350 in a place with a dirty tub that barely drains, I ended up not sleeping before working my graveyard shift, having not taken a shower, and not having enough money to call in for the day. The fact we paid a $300 per person, or $600, security deposit for a place that wasn't touched gives me half the mind to ask for the last tenants security deposit, considering it was never used and cleaning is left on us. Probably one of the worst move-ins I've ever experienced. Having weeks ahead and waiting until day of to clean our apartment turned it into a worst-case scenario for everyone involved. The front desk is nice but this is unacceptable. We never got our security deposit back"

"Last year I had a apartment here was living here for a couple months feeling unsafe in a neighborhood that offers a safe community. Needless to say since I broke my contact due to several police reports that formed against me .I started looking other places. The company never has enough people to fix damages nor do they offer the cable free u must enroll with a provider. THE MANAGERS ARE OVERwhelmed here thinking i could trust the staff and location . I still owe rent after removing my self from lease that states if safey or health arrive you can break lease my reports are on file with police and medical staff i will reach out again to a lawyer to obtain my rights in my old lease."
