"The staff at the office is great. I feel that they are trying to do what's right for the tenants here. My two negative thoughts here are the tenants with the animals need to be held more accountable for their pets actions. And tenant parking lot needs to be more secure for each and every resident."
"The office staff is great. My son loves going in to visit with them. The only complaints I really have are the windows tend to let a lot of dirt in and everything covered and the elevators break every few weeks it seems. But overall it’s a great place to live. We also love the amenities here and the location."
"I have been so interested in renting at Town Square. I’ve called a few times and spoke with Cheyenne. She has been the most kind and helpful leasing specialist I’ve ever spoken too. I will definitely be considering these apartments when I’m closer to making a decision to move from out of town in the future!”"
"I’m leaving a review here because nobody from the office will actually ever call me back. And we’ve had at least five or six service calls for air-conditioning unit freezing up and they never actually fix it. They just turn it off for a little bit to get it thawed out and then turn it back on and close the repair ticket. The location of this place is great and amenities are pretty good, but management and maintenance are just complete garbage. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you need an apartment in Amarillo. It’ll be cheaper and there’s no way that management is any worse than it is here."
"Rent keeps going up and no one knows why. Elevators are constantly broke. One building only one elevator has worked for the last month and the one that is working Amarillo Fire Department has done several elevator rescues from. Street lights don’t work. They want to access a $200 fine for people who don’t clean up after pets but have no way of enforcing it. If they want to raise rent, then they need to fix everything before doing so and keep it working. Can fine just as nice apartments for cheaper and better service"
