"We lived here for ~9 months, and would still be living there if we didn't have to move for work. You'll have the normal neighbor sounds from living so close to other people. Kids play outside, and people are always walking their dogs. Met some great neighbors. Leasing office was always helpful and understanding with any concerns, even when we had to switch our lease plan last second due to our move. Highlight for me was the maintenance staff. Never learned his name, but the man with the beard was fantastic. Only ever had him come by. In and out every time he came to fix something and very kind."
