The apartments themselves are in superb condition, offering comfort and style that truly make it feel like home. The attention to detail in the maintenance of each apartment is evident, and it's clear that the team here takes great pride in their work. One of the highlights of Park at Coulter is its prime location. Nestled in a convenient spot, it's just a stone's throw away from a variety of restaurants and essential shopping destinations like Walmart. This makes daily errands and dining out incredibly easy and enjoyable. The amenities at Park at Coulter deserve a special mention. They are not only great in variety but also well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of life here. "Y’all this was the most disappointing apartment complex we have ever lived at. :/ The office staff is rude and when we moved out they charged us 500 dollars for new carpet despite telling us that the 1000 dollars in pet deposit we paid would cover that exact thing when we signed our lease (so they lied to get more money). Also the carpets smelled of mildew/urine and were torn when we moved in; they didn’t clean or prepare before we moved in. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Case and Associates… until moving here. Please look elsewhere. We stayed at Remington (owned also by C&A but managed SO much better), and I would recommend there if you are looking for an apartment! While this complex boasts luxury they certainly aren’t and everything about them is cheap. Do not live here!!"

"I was moving long-distance in less than one week, and management was able to help with everything I needed! They processed my application within 1 day and move-in was easy, even during COVID. Maintenance was always available when needed, and I never had a issue when going to the office with a question. I'm from a town where a lot of money gets you not a lot of space, so for the rent these apartments are very spacious. I very much enjoyed living here."
