"8000 dollars in fraudulent charges, their rental history says I moved into an apartment when I was 12 paying 800 a month. Lived there for 15 years and now owe them for unpaid rent. Call them, get someone who says they can't do anything, call corporate get a runaround. Good luck with this place."

"Grew up in this neighborhood. It was peaceful and folks were friendly but I wouldn’t say the same about management and some of the residents during the time I was there were decent people. STAY AWAY DON’T GET SCAMED ! I kept all the receipts even so that won’t be a guarantee you’ll get your money back. Also they had vermin and a terrible case of bed bugs. I still have scars till this very day. If you can afford to live somewhere nicer I would recommend this place as a last resort. Seriously!! Save yourself the stress"
"Be careful paying them a deposit up front if you are doing an application for residency. The application contract says you have to wait 30 days to receive a refund of your deposit if you are denied, but chances are you won't receive it. I was given two dates for when my refund check was supposed to be cut. It has now been almost two months since the check was intially supposed to be cut. I have attempted to call them and continually get told I will receive a call or text back and don't receive any communication from the complex. I also attempted to contact corporate with no resolution. During the process I made sure to verify my address to ensure the check was mailed to the right address. I have basically given up on getting my money refunded. I am not upset about the denial as I understand they have certain rental qualifications they want met. What I am a bit disappointed about is the lack of communication and seemingly unprofessional behavior that I have encountered when trying to get the apartment to uphold their end of the application contract. If the deposit is not refundable then that needs to be stated clearly in the application contract."
