"I wrote a review once, but I decided to write a different one. We are growing quite fond of this place, our apartment is very nice, and people are very nice. I don't know everyone, but the activities bring us together, and I really like that, as we don't know too many people in Amarillo except family members. Payton, Ryan, Wayne, Jesus, and the other lady in the office are always very kind, and interact with everyone, even the older ones like us. That makes me feel welcome and more comfortable being here. I never thought apartment living could be so good, but I'm finding out that it is here, I was told today that they have BBQ in July, with hotdogs and hamburgers, and today we had pizza and met another couple about our age. There is a variety of ages, here and so far everyone has been nice. I'm glad we're here and our two bedroom apartment is very spacious."
"My sister and I moved in 4 months ago, and couldn't be happier. The walls are well-insulated, so we finally have some peace and quiet! Amarillo is a windy place, so trash blows everywhere. Not here at Winchester Apartments; the groundskeepers do such an excellent job with maintenance.....they always get it all cleaned up! Hallelujah!"
"Welcome! The past 3 years living at the Winchester Apartments has been complaint free for me. I love living here and I do not have a reason to leave. Looking for another year of quiet nights. I get the best sleep here. The management let me sign another lease at the same price. In other words, they did not raise the rent this year!"
"Great location, close to Medi park, medical district, and shopping. They have very nice amenities including a beautiful pool area with grills and tables, nice workout room and the property management is very friendly and always doing fun activities for the residents. It is fairly quiet and the maintenance team works quickly to resolve issues around the property. Great place to call home."
"An awesome complex to be living at. Staff is super active and they are always eager to help and quick to do so! Maintenance is super fast and quick as well. The process of moving to Winchester was easy and there was always someone right there to answer any questions I had. Overall an awesome place to call home!"
