"Waited three weeks for my bedroom and bathroom door after moving in, not a huge deal, once they finally were installed the maintenance "professional" DESTROYED my door frame, it's actually split all the way down with the molding hanging off. Left the strike plate bowed out and the door there chipped because of it next to the handle. Also had the weather strip replaced on the front door but now it drags severely on the floor as you try and open it. The upstairs neighbors footsteps are louder than I've ever experienced. The 0 effort caulking around the base of the tub looks horrendous. Blinds are mismatched. Was under my standards on move in, grime everywhere. Appliances are outdated along with the cheap cabinets. Like another reviewer said, when the wind blows the wrong way it smells like manure in my apartment. Update- They sent the maintenance team back out to repair the door frame and the tub the next day, it looks better. They were very professional and apologetic about the issues stated and are working to resolve them."

"I had an issue with washer hookup. I contacted the staff and maintenance was out very quickly, no repair was needed. The tech troubleshot the issue immediately and explained the system and why I couldn’t get it to work. I’ve got two loads of laundry done already. Thank you maintenance and staff!"

They are very responsive to maintenance requests, the apartment has a luxury feel to it and well maintained with all their amenities in good condition. The units are spacious and well finished. I absolutely loved living here and sad I had to leave town."

"Fixed everything timely and professionally which is what expected, but it was his friendly and helpful conversation that made the best impression. We need more of this. Moved here from Illinois and for our first place of residence here, it was a good experience. Very peaceful neighborhood. Although we hardly ever used maintenance, whenever we needed them, they came quick and solved the issue even quicker. Staff in the office were very friendly and helpful."

"We lived here for almost 3 years and it proved to be a lovely home for us. The location is great (lots of restaurants close by, a Walmart and Lowe's just down the road) and there are nice grounds to take walks in. The maintenance staff is great! They respond promptly to requests and are very friendly. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. There used to be some issues with people not picking up after their dogs but they've recently introduced fines and I have noticed that the grounds have been much cleaner since."
