"While I believe in an integrative approach to healing, including physical therapy, and I've seen benefits with other providers, PT solutions feels like the "medical-industrial complex." They worked on my particular sports injury, but I found that it was just a grinder of getting me to come in as often as possible without treating the underlying ailment. ...every visit, they would mix up the exercises. (Then what was wrong with the last exercises you gave me?) Then, I got the bill. ... I've bought cars for less, and it was only for a few visits."

"I had a very poor experience here, around billing. I appealed the problem, and was very politely told "too bad". While I believe in paying "reasonable and customary", they were unable to disclose the amount that I would be charged, in advance. Only when I got the bill did I realize that I was being charged an amount equivalent to about $700 per hour -- for time shared with 1 or 2 other patients. This seems very unreasonable, and not customary.... dishonest, even."

"The staff are friendly and have good "bedside" manner. Why 1 star? They billed about $4400 for 4 45-minute visits. Yep, that's right. So, they're worth $1000 per hour -- while they're also working with a couple other patients at the same time? So, really, they're worth $3000 per hour? But do they tell you ahead of time what their costs are? nope. They give you the exercises: good, now you're armed with knowledge on how to do them. Then they push for 2 visits per week. Okay, why? If you're doing the exercises, you'll get better (though you do need some coaching/help, depending on severity of the injury). If you're not doing the exercises, you won't get better, anyway at 2 visits per week. ...and again, it's $1000 per hour for a glorified personal trainer. Scam-o-rama. Yes, PT can be life-changing. But not like this. ...and them charging 1000 per hour (or $500 per hour) only contributes to the health insurance nightmare and higher premiums."

"I had to change my review. The staff is great but the parent company Advent Health is a nightmare. I got two random charges they couldn’t quite explain for things my insurance company won’t cover. I spent hours on the phone and through email with them. They always say they will look into it but it’s been a year to no resolve and they sent my account to collections."

"The entire staff - Brittany, Matt, and Stephanie are wonderful to work with. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. The overall atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I have worked for several weeks with Brittany and I am beyond impressed with her knowledge and patience. I would not hesitate to recommend PT Solutions to anyone needing any kind of physical therapy. They will not disappoint."
