"I came in with an open mind. The staff are great but the mental health industry needs to improve what happens when people have mental records. I got out of the trap cycle and got lucky. I just want people to keep that in mind when going to these types of places. I understand mental health is important but it shouldn’t stop the professionals from making restrictions or force something on anyone and I say this to keep this in mind for the people."

"I had difficulty understanding the "scheduler" but it seemed to me that she really wanted me to make an appointment with an RN but our need is for a licensed counselor. Not only was her accent very heavy, but she was very rushed to get me to agree. Maybe she is paid by the number of appointments that she books. When I expressed my concern to her she told me to hold on and came back on the line to ask "Do you want to keep this appointment or not?" Well, then NOT. I had heard great things about this place so I'm very disappointed."

"I have been in therapy with Dr. Kaylynn Brown for two years. She is hands down, the BEST therapist I've ever worked with. When I started work with Dr. Brown, my life had fallen apart. Due to some major family events and multiple crises, I realized I was in a spiral and desperately needed help. She wasted no time identifying the root causes of many of the issues I struggle with and has helped me understand how to successfully navigate life as it rolls. "I would give zero stars if that was possible. We cannot get appointments with an actual therapist they are only using RN at this time. I asked about the cost of appointments and was told it depends on who were saying and could not get an actual cost. When I pushed further I was told that since except my insurance it should be no more than our $20 co-pay. I explain that we’ve met our families out of pocket and asked if the appointments should be free then and was told if we have met our out-of-pocket they will be free. We were running late this morning and I tried to call twice and no one answers the phone. When we showed up for the appointment we were running late and the therapist refused to see my child. Even though she could have seen her for 20 minutes. They then charged me a $35 missed appointment fee. In addition they tried to charge at $240 intake fee and that was never discussed when I made the appointment. The receptionist tried to reschedule the appointment with my daughter but I am not able to discuss the fees prior to that appointment. Very disappointing service! I would not advise anyone going."
