"So I have been foto ARC clinic for over 15 years . I have always like this clinic until I changed to the location on Liberty Hills with my Dr Krupaben C Patel. It’s a very long story so I will make it as short as I can. If you need your medications . You must request it about 10 Days out apparently. I didn’t not know this until she pointed it out. In all my years I’ve never had to do that . All of my. Drs would place the refill orders with in 1 -2 days tops . When she was asking me about my medications when I first meet her several months ago. I was telling her that I am not to familiar with them so my wife is the one that helps me and before I finished my explanation, she scolded me like a child saying that it should not be my wife’s responsibility. The reason my wife knows more is because she is a RN. But she did not let me explain it. But the straw the bricks the Camels back , She did not place my refill for a medication I take to sleep or I can’t sleep much , she refused to refill it until I had my blood work but it was their fault because I was told something else prior to doing it . Due to my work schedule, I am only available 1 work day a week , she did not tell me I count go or walk in to any other ARC clinic , she said I had to make appointment at their location. After blood work , I already was out of my medication for 1 day she knew but refused to refil, even though I had an appointment for blood work . I reach out again and explained I had finished blood work , in the am , finally, at 3:31 pm she message me that she was only ordering a 30 day supply. It was Valentine’s Day so by 5 . Still no refill , I called someone at ARC explain the issue , she said I’ll reach out to her to see She might place it before closing. So I cancelled my V day with my wife to wait for my medication because I had only 2 hrs sleep the prior night, had to cancel dinner to wait for my prescription and it never came , so 2 days I’ve gotten about 4 1-2 hours sleep ! Never going to ARC clinic"

"Highly recommended. My family receives primary care here including myself, wife, elderly mother (family medicine physician, Patel), and newborn daughter (pediatrician, Winful). This clinic exceeds all expectations in facilities and care. The ARC online portal is pretty good too, relative to other patient portal / EMR systems."

"Elizabeth C.N. Winful-Acquaye, MD my daughter had an infection. She was not properly tested to correctly diagnose her and be prescribed medication. We had to go back and see a different Dr. 2 days later. My daughter received a very basic exam. The Dr was in the room for less than 10 minutes, no follow up suggested and we were charged for a Level 4 office visit."

"Dr. Patel is the most unhelpful doctor I've ever come across. I went in asking for a MRI because I had shoulder pain I noticed a lump growing over the years and she said I had to do an ultrasound and prescribed muscle relaxers. I told her I didn't want an ultrasound because it will not give us the level of detail needed and she did not care. Now that my back and shoulder are not getting better she still won't send me for an MRI unless I do another doctor's visit. The worst service for patients who are in need of real answers and all they want to do is keep prescribing medicine and saying you're fine. I will never go back to this location or Dr. Patel again."

"Great support staff, had a great nurse. Had a doctor who’s bio says “I treat patients by listening to them” and I can attest to the fact that that is an untruth. Showed up 20 mins late, listened to me for 5 mins. Gave me advice that had nothing to do with my problem. Interrupted me while I was trying to clarify and let me know they didn’t have time because were more patients waiting. Literally like comically bad experience. They should act out my visit as a skit on SNL for fun and it would be a huge hit with viewers."
