"How are you going to charge another Co pay when a flu test should have been given at the 1st visit with the strep test?! Doesn't make since. And flu test + when we could have found out 24 hours ago at the 1st visit. Nice office but everything should have been taken care of at 1 visit. Waste of time and money."

"Best care we have received in a long time. They respect autonomy and the parent’s decision to accept or decline what their child gets without shame or pressure, they listen, they refer out when needed, there is always availability and the care is better than I’ve had previously. Tiffani Scott blew my socks off when we first came here. The time she took to get to know us and our child and the level of care she showed is what really sold this practice to me. It has been great care ever since. We have also seen Katie a few times and she is amazing as well. If you are looking for a diamond in the rough this place is it. I have 5 kids and have been to my fair share of dr offices and im so happy to have found this place."

"We see Dr. Holmes and Dr. Spence at the Whitestone location, but any billing issues are directed to the Liberty Hill location. The first time I called, the accounting person was not in the office. The second time I called they hadn't returned from lunch. Fortunately, Karen, the kind and helpful lady who answered the phone at the front desk, took the initiative to look up my son's information and was able to correct the problem - all while checking patients in because everyone was still at lunch. While I've never been to the Liberty Hill location in person, I can tell you that Karen is an exceptional employee and will take good care of you!"

"Refused service cause we didn’t have our insurance card for our infant. Refusing to see a child cause of something out of our control is ridiculous. We waited a month and a half for the card and try to schedule again and they put my 5 month old child on a list not give a check up and shots or see the child at all. When I called back to get a more understanding of why, they laughed at me over the phone and said the office manager will call me back. This doesn’t seem real."
