"Drove 8 hours all the way from Louisiana to see Dr. Stewart. He was highly regarded by the autism community and so we hoped to get help and find answers from him. The visit went okay and her MA Susan Haynes created a treatment plan. Saw Dr. Stewart at the end of the appointment. $800 of fees later we went home positive that we have a doctor that could help us. I sent an email to ask for help when my son got some herpes blisters. This virus can potentially cause a PANS (something Susan and I discussed)flare so I begged them to please send us a script for Acyclovir. The nurses never acknowledged my email. I sent another one and it is again ignored. My husband called several times to ask for a script and one nurse said she will call it in. We went to the pharmacy to pick it up and they said there is no script sent. Weekend came and went, we called again and the front desk will connect us to the nurse number but nobody answers. After trying over and over we finally got a script. 4 days after my first email (which remained unanswereduntil now). My son is already in a full on PANS flare and regressed tremendously with crazy OCD (which I also stated in my email). I feel like I wasted all our resources travelling there to see him and then end up being ignored. A patient shouldn't have to go through all these hardships just to get their doctor to help them. We felt robbed. Beware if you are a special needs family looking for help, going to them will only cause you more stress. Dr. Stewart is fine, his staff are worthless."

"Amazing. The Genomix Nutrition testing along with their recommendations cured me of a chronic disease, typically believed to be untreatable, and a number of other ailments."
