"Dr Salazar has not answered my request or refilled my prescription for five days. I had a video appointment three weeks ago which she never answered. Her assistant was quite rude and tried to blame me for the video not being answered. There has been no response from her office since then. I don't know what's happening. Up until this time she has been exemplary. Answers, anyone?"

"Not sure why this location has bad reviews! I love it here! It’s not super close to me but it’s worth the travel in my opinion. My provider is Dr. Rodriguez, she is super kind and helpful. Anytime I send a message in the portal I get a response that day if not shortly after I sent my question. The front desk staff is super polite as well. For context, I use to be seen at ARC Seton and though I loved my doctor, the prescription refill request would take over 48 hours to be filled and sometimes you need it that day! Same thing for any questions I’d ask."

"I just paid $150 for a visit where they didn’t have what they needed for me (and should have). I asked if I would get charged again on my second visit and they said it’s up yo my insurance. Seems unfair I would have to pay again for a problem with having the correct fulfillment on their end. I will change my review pending my second visit. Doctor Rodriquez said she would ‘cancel’ this appointment I had today but then front desk made it clear I would not receive a refund and in fact maybe charged again unnecessarily !"

"I never leave reviews; but after the worst doctor experience of my life, I feel it is important to speak out before others are hurt by the lack of medical knowledge, and emotional intelligence of Dr. Mary Ann Rodriguez. I feel that not only does she not understand hormone replacement therapy, but her hostile communication and lack of compassion are completely unacceptable! After 47 years, I paid to walk away with no help for my medical condition and literally wanted to cry in my car. I am a alpha male, it was horrid."
