Next Level Urgent Care | Bee Cave

"I am skeptical of many practices, especially urgent care facilities. One recently really jaded my perception. Nonetheless, I had to get care yesterday and didn't want the hospital ER drama and wait. I went to Next Level and was greeted very timely, filled out some online paperwork, and in about 15 to 20 minutes taken back for care. Everyone was nice at the office and Elizabeth Bishop, PA-C was amazing! She is a keeper. Got me fixed up and on my way in minutes with very very little paid. Thank you."

"The office was persistent to charge 10% before seeing my wife, even though I had met my deductible and out of pocket maximum for my family. I know my insurance benefits and tried to explain that they are not pulling the complete picture of my benefits. I paid 10% to avoid creating a scene, but I know for a fact that the amount charged from me is going to be credited, since insurance will cover the visit cost at 100%."

"My son and I were repeatedly asked to put a credit card on file for “our protection” in case we would owe them any future money. This lasted for 45 minutes while we sat in an exam room. I kept asking the medical assistant if they were refusing treatment to a sick patient without a credit card on file and she repeatedly gave the answer it is their company policy and claimed to have called the regional manager. This policy is medically unethical and we will NEVER visit Next Level Urgent Care again. The only way they would agree to see my son was if I paid them 25% of the total cost of the visit. I am very knowledgeable with medical insurance and there is no way to correctly estimate what 25% of the allowable insurance amounts are until insurance actually processes the claim."

"I have to tell ya, even with the usually mediocre-at-best state of health care, this place is an oasis of quality! You walk in, they'll usually serve you quickly, are polite, and fast in processing. The wait to go into an exam room is usually a minute or two, never more than 5-ish in my experience. The techs we've had there (Nick, Isabelle, Bryanne(?) are all polite and know their stuff. The physicians assts. (usually it can stop there) are very good, in particular William (who my wife and I both have seen a few times) is especially on the ball. The advice "that would lead you to see a doctor" or get it more checked out is always spot-on, and in a few cases their diagnosis/treatment (meds, etc.) have done the job. Of course it'll vary how cheap/expensive things are by your insurance affiliation, but for us it's very affordable. Maybe the best thing though is the efficiency - usually when you need this service you are feeling awful, and want to be seen and treated quickly. Sometimes it takes a day or 2 to get into your doctor's office, or else they recommend one of these clinics (or the ER) anyway. These places, when well done, are a great development. I'm fortunate to live close to this office and for me it's been a terrific and reliable source of immense relief/quick treatment. I heartily give them 5 stars, my first stop now (vs PCP) when I feel awful and need outside help."
