"Dr. Nugent is great. However, their IT systems do not work. I tried for 2 months to make an appointment without success. Call backs don't work and hold times > 30 minutes"

"Those 2 stars are for Lindsey and Seth. They were helpful when I went there for my foot. Dr. Wang acted though he didn't have time to spend with me. I left with no after care instructions or documentation of any kind. I will never go back there."

"Caution: Big box medicine in Bee Cave. The doctors and staff are wonderful. This is meaningless though, because actually scheduling an appointment is very difficult. A date for an annual physical was not available for over 60 days. An in-person visit for an acute issue was not available for five days (weekend included). The online system is fine, but if you need to call, expect to be on hold for 30 minutes or more…many times I have just hung up as they never answer the call. Strange that our son’s pediatrician’s office answers the phone within seconds. So do all of our non-ARC associated specialists. Sadly, given the high-quality of the actual providers, the management of ARC is horrible, but that is modern “corporate medicine.”"

"ARC Bee Cave was the home for my primary care for several years. I started going there once they opened their doors. As a healthy woman in my 20s, they served as a consistent go-to for minor health issues, physicals, and for referrals to specialty providers. My experience was OK for a long time and my provider was good at making sure billing was done correctly, Rx info was sent to the pharmacy quickly, and happy to make referrals. However, as Bee Cave and the surrounding area as grown, it has been increasingly difficult to get individualized attention of the providers there and to schedule appointments. I didn't feel like I had an ongoing relationship with the providers I saw there. At times, I felt like I was on a "patient conveyer belt". When I was dealing with a bigger medical issue a couple of years ago, I had to constantly (sometimes a couple of times a week) remind the same circle of medical staff what was going on, even if it was documented in my chart records. Recently, it took almost two years to be scheduled for a physical, which I ended up cancelling to go to another smaller family care provider last month that fit me in with ease."

"My son was terminated as a patient by Dr. Christensen with zero notice. We didn’t know until we called to refill a prescription and they told us then. We have no clue why. They told me to call their “compliance department” which I did multiple times and never got a call back. Now, We keep getting text messages reminding us he needs a vaccine. Lol. We obviously found a new doctor. I tried calling 3 times today after getting these texts and the “compliance department” phone number just rings and rings. How can anyone trust the care of their loved ones to a place who can’t even communicate?"
