"For my first appointment a couple weeks ago it was great but now it’s time for a follow up and I’m extremely disappointed in how I was treated. I had a televisit appointment for two days straight. The first day staff had to reschedule because they couldn’t find my paperwork. I understood and rescheduled. Second day came and I was waiting for a whole hour. Austin took my information and informed the doctor I was ready, but was given excuses from other staff members that the doctor either had an emergency or was looking for a room. I was extremely confused and upset because this took away from my time which I then informed them to reschedule me. I was advised that I don’t have to pay another co-payment because of staff not finding my paper work and the doctor never showing for my appointment."

"I have had nothing but great experiences at this clinic. As a new patient, the processes was fairly easy to complete and everybody I encounter, whether behind the lobby desk or medical staff, have been very nice and patient. I would also like to give April Murrieta a shout out. She embodies all the characteristics of a great medical provider. She listens and asks questions as if she is taking care of her own family! If you are uneasy about finding a medical provider that truly cares about your health, look no further, she’s the one for you!"

"Scam scam scam scam scam. Fraudulently bills for services and labs they tell you will be 100% covered by insurance. Took several appointments for a physical and never actually recieved the results. Appointments felt rushed and the NP I saw (no longer at the practice) felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable (I’m a young person with a sense of humor, you’re my doctor and there’s a line). Labs take forever to get back. Always surprised me with new bills and charges and gave me a fear of going to new doctors offices."
