"We love kool kids. We've been coming here for my 4 kids since they first opened. Dr Linda is our favorite but Dr Ali is just as awesome."

"I am going to warn families to stay away- and here is why: My daughter was seen due to a suspected uti. She was stressed, as it was the first time we had ever visited this Dr, in pain, and on the verge of a full melt down. (The poor front desk staff actually handled it really well- thank you ladies!) However, the Dr barely greeted her- asked me a few questions- and then asked for me to undress her. I clearly stated that I would try, but would not force her clothing off or let her be examined while she was still upset. He replied that we should just force her, and that "he was a Dr " so I should just show her genitals to him while she was screaming, and saying NO NO NO! What good is it to teach kids about body autonomy and boundaries, if we just ignore them anytime we deem it necessary? Now , I believe that kids are kids, they can't get everything they want, and there are times when one MUST examine a child for their health and safety, BUT in an instance where a child obviously feels unsafe a GOOD Dr would step back, connect, give space for the patient to regroup and calm down. He did back off after a bit- I said we could try again if she calmed, but from that point on during the visit he ignored my daughter and was short with me, and hurried out of the room after quickly writing a script (in fact he left so fast he had to come back to tell me what he had prescribed). This Dr does not adhear to best practice- it was a terrible experience."

"I do not recommend this place. The staff is nice but the place is dirty. The cabinets, walls and equipment are dirty and stained. Even there was some trash on the floor. Broken blinds too. Trash can full of trash. As first impression the place doesn't look hygienic. I went for a wellness check up, and I didn't see the pediatrician, the NP met with us. 3 days later my kid started with a cold, it was the only place we visited. I prefer to make a long drive than expose my child to those conditions again. Even though the visit is very affordable ($55) they charge additional $25 if you want a print record , it doesn't make any sense"

"Ok so this is going to be a long review simply bc as a mother i have to look at all the factors. Liking Kool kids as a whole is a toss up. Dr.ali sometimes has a wonderful bedside manner but other times not so much. If your child is sick tho and its after hours the dr himself answers the call directly no answering service is great. Buttt..... and this is a big no no.. as a mother i have the right to choose weather to vaccinate for the flu and last year my daughter contracted the flu dr ali refused to write any prescriptions to help ... she was diagnosed same day as symptoms start. Tamiflu was prescribed by the er later that day. I was lectured loudly and treated like trash by him and he had the pleasure of dealing with a very protective mother who was ready to tear his head off. Seriously the flu can be fatal it isn't a joke and my daughters life was far more important than making his voice be heard. If you are a antivaxxer this is not the office for you he will assert his opinion and do so rudely he will not hesitate to correct you in front of your child. But this is the reason i stayed... we live in a small town and they are super close and his nurse practitioner is amazing! Incredible bedside manner. His staff can be amazing as well. They always manage to work you in if you need to be seen.. i hope this helps anyone looking to find their next pediatrician."

"Dr. Ali and his staff have always been amazing. We met with them first before our son was even born. He was patient in giving me all the information this nervous new mommy needed. He's got the BEST bedside manner and is always gentle, kind, professional, and thorough. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else."
