"I just want to especially thank the staff and NP at this practice for going above and beyond usual service. I brought my adult son in today at 4pm for a sports physical (for special Olympics) as a new patient and as it turned out, I was exactly one day late (I had put the wrong date on my calendar). The front office staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, squeezing us in with the NP hurriedly so that my son could get his paperwork to school on time to meet the registration deadline. Also, working with us patiently to gather all of the digital documents that we didn’t bring with us. So kind and helpful, and the NP and NA were both funny and kind as well. So glad to have this done and really appreciate the extra effort on everyone’s part. Glad we have a great medical practice here in old magnolia so we don’t have to go all the way to Tomball or the Woodlands for primary care. Thank you all!!"

"I have always liked this Doctors office and the staff. Yesterday I tried to make a follow up appt and was told since I have a cough I would not be able to be seen by a Dr. that I would have to be seen by a nurse practitioner next door. I explained that the nurse practitioner said I needed my ears flushed and he could not do that next door and they said I would have to make the appointment when I was better?? I have a sinus infection and my ears draining is part of the issue, but I cannot get help?? I even asked the scheduler -"So since I am not over my sinus infection, I cannot see a Dr.?" He stated "Yes" so then I stated "so to be very clear, if I want to see a Dr. then I need to find a new Dr. office?" and he stated "yes". I do not understand this at all. When I went to the nurse practitioner a week ago he stated I had a sinus infection, not COVID! He acted like he was scared to get near me. It is a shame that I will have to find a new Dr. now so I can get the treatment that I need."
