"Over the course of coming to pristine the last 7yrs, I am amazed at how much Dr."O" takes her time, explains everything straight forwards and helps give understanding when needed. I recently had under went a pretty major surgery and as it was I was extremely nervous. After praying prior to surgery I knew that God was guiding her each step of the way. I told Dr."O" that great OBGYN are hard to come by and that she is a pretty amazing Dr!"

"Worst experience we have EVER had. This is baby #4 for us and up until this OBGYN practice we’ve never had a single issue. The Office Manager is dismissive, does NOT hold up her commitments to communicate or call back/update etc. the girls at the front desk sit there and watch Netflix while on the job and don’t actually know what they’re doing other than booking appointments. ZERO EXPERTISE. Go ANYWHERE ELSE. My wife and I had to switch practices at 30 weeks and these guys made it a living nightmare to do so. Good riddance!!"

"I would like to express my disappointment with the scheduling process at Pristine OBGYN Magnolia. I initially booked an appointment for 3:45 on a Monday, receiving a confirmation call later that day. However, complications arose when the office informed me, via voicemail, that the doctor would not be available at that time. My attempts to contact the office to discuss this change were unsuccessful. Subsequently, I received a text notification rescheduling the appointment for 8:45 am on Monday, without prior consultation. Recognizing that this time wouldn't work for me, I attempted to reach them again but received no response. I eventually resorted to text communication to convey my scheduling constraints. After the scheduling mishap of rescheduling my appointment for 8:45 am on Monday without prior consultation, the office contacted me again, either late that evening or perhaps even on Friday morning, and rescheduled the appointment for the upcoming Friday at 3:45 pm. This change seemed more aligned with my initial booking at 3:45 pm, and I was prepared to accommodate this new time slot. There was further confusion when I received a text message on the Wednesday prior to the appointment, indicating a time change to 3:30 pm. While a 15-minute adjustment seemed manageable, it was inconsistent with my original booking at 3:45 pm. In a final instance of scheduling discrepancy, I received a phone call at 6:52 pm on the evening before the appointment, stating that the appointment was now at 3:15 pm and warning of potential charges for non-attendance. I contested this change, referring to the 3:30 pm time stated in the text message and the initial booking at 3:45 pm. My experience with the constantly shifting appointment times and communication challenges has been frustrating and time-consuming. I believe that a healthcare provider's scheduling should be dependable and considerate of patients' commitments. Despite the doctor's potential qualifications, the inconsistency in appointment scheduling has deterred me from pursuing care at this office. I recommend that prospective patients consider the unpredictability of the scheduling process when deciding whether to engage with Pristine OBGYN Magnolia."
