"I have been taking my son to Simple Traditions since he was a newborn and I am so pleased every time I leave. Shelby and Dr. Dibble are absolutely fantastic. They are always running on time and I am usually in and out within 25 to 30 minutes. My son mainly sees Shelby and every single time she puts my mind at ease, and is so patient with him. I highly recommend this office!"

"Didn't think I'd be writing this, especially after hearing such wonderful things. My one year old is not eating solids well, nor has it improved since we started solids with him around 4 months. Our primary pediatrician agrees, and so does the speech language pathologist we took him to for an evaluation. The SLP told us he has a weak jaw and doesn't chew his food as he should, so he has some oral impairment (oral ties do not need to be present for this). I need a letter of referral in order to continue with sessions for feeding therapy, and unfortunately our primary doctor is not able to submit one, because of certain insurance requirements, so I thought I'd come here with high hopes and a long drive. Who denies a baby needing feeding therapy? BTW, we saw the PA a couple of days ago for another issue, and she was nice. But I digress. I explained his eating history as best I could, what my son's primary doctor noticed, and the evaluation for feeding therapy. He did not want to write us a letter, so my son could get feeding help. You're telling me you see me and my kid for less than 30 minutes, "examine" him for 1-2 minutes and tell me that what I, his mother, have noticed over the course of MONTHS is not correct, among two other professionals opinions? And one who has been with him since he's been born? Upon leaving, his departure was quite unwarm. He just said, "I guess we're done then," opened the door and walked out. Not coming back here again; unfortunately am one of the reviews also telling you to mind the not-so-stellar reviews. Before the dr. thinks to himself that I haven't tried all the things... Oh, I've tried all the things, with feeding therapy being our last resort. My son needs help, and you weren't willing to give it. It was the writing of a simple letter. At no cost, but a few minutes of your time, to you."

"We just had our first appointment, and I love everything about the office and Dr. Dibble. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and I was very encouraged at his approach to my daughter’s health. He took his time with my daughter, and I didn’t feel rushed. He really listened to everything I had to say, and he made me feel so much better. I highly recommend!"

"A heads-up to anyone considering this practice, Dr. Dibble is unable to manage complex health conditions. That means if you have seen specialists for chronic health conditions, look elsewhere. He is also unwilling to manage long-term medications prescribed by specialists for chronic conditions if they are "controlled substances", even though most family practice doctors have no issues managing controlled substance ADHD prescriptions for children. As for integrity, he is unwilling to correct simple coding mistakes made by him or his office staff on ordered bloodwork when it costs him nothing to fix the issue other than picking up a telephone and being HONEST. I called repeatedly to ask for things to be corrected and then he intentionally coded it as something that he knew my insurance would not cover even though he agreed (during the office visit) that the test could be useful for medical reasons. If he didn't think it was medically useful, why would he even order it in the first place?! If he won't admit to making simple mistakes, and fix them gladly even when it costs him nothing aside from a wounded ego, it shows a lack of integrity. The doctor also has a self-righteous attitude and poor bedside manner. No one is allowed to participate in their own care. He expects to be treated like he knows everything and that he knows what is best for you, even if you are more knowledgeable about your disease or disorder than he is since you've lived with it for decades and seen many specialists more qualified than him! I guess it is appropriate that he doesn't want to manage complex cases because he is completely unqualified to do so and my visits to this office proves it. In hindsight, I shouldn't have bothered to ask for anything other than cold medicine from this doctor. As for compassionate care, I didn't receive any from this self-proclaimed Christian doctor. In the presence of my husband, he was kind. When I had an appointment alone with him, he was rude, uncaring, condescending, and insisted on insulting my intelligence. Don't waste any money visiting him. You're better off using one of those online virtual services with a random doctor that can prescribe you cold medicine and antibiotics cheaper than a visit to this place and without the drive to the middle of nowhereville Magnolia. "Our whole family goes to this office. They are no nonsense and very logical to their approach, which I prefer. I really like Dr. Pamela Johnson and hate she's not there anymore but my husband and daughter have seen Dr. Dibble and like him as well. They are responsive when calling for follow up questions. We are on a Christian health share program and this office works well for us. We are cash pay and feel their pricing structure is reasonable. The wait is always very short, the office is clean, and the doctors always take time to understand and diagnose properly. It never feels rushed."
