"In hopes of helping women not make the same mistake I did in choosing this doctor, I will give my experience. Started going to this practice in 2016. I got pregnant in 2019 and gave birth 2020. She and all of the staff were wonderful with taking care of me. Fast forward to 2021, I am pregnant with my second child. From the very start of the pregnancy, everything was a disaster. There were several tests Dr Robert “forgot” to run on me to make sure everything was okay with the baby. They hardly ever answered the phone and when they did you rarely EVER got answers from the doctor. The nurse Sarah is one of the rudest and uncaring nurses I’ve had the displeasure of having. The other nurse they had called me and misdiagnosed me, sent me to the hospital for absolutely no reason because she read the wrong results off to me. Do you know what that does to a pregnant woman!? But let’s acknowledge the real problem here, the doctor, her boss, was not calling patients back and taking care of the real issues at hand. If dr Robert knew how to care for all the patients she takes on then perhaps her staff wouldn’t be overwhelmed and have to take matters into their own hands. I wish the experience stopped here but I will go on. I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and put on an antidepressant. A couple months in I noticed it was making me worse. I messaged the portal, left several voicemails and got nothing but Sarah’s attitude back and an empty promise to hear back from the doctor. I begged for help and they didn’t care of help me at all. I still never heard from them but they had the audacity to send me a message about a bill that’s due. I suppose they’ll get that when I can go back in time and receive proper care. "I have no words to express how good of an experience I had for the whole 9 months of my pregnancy with Dr. Robert and Trilogy. I am so glad that I chose Dr. Robert for my 1st pregnancy. Each time I go in for my appointment I got her full attention. She addressed all my questions and concerns without being bothered.She always made sure to let me know that she is there until the end. "I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Rebecca Robert and her team. Every person was a pleasure to interact with. Every team member was caring and compassionate. There was no rushed process of experience in your visits. I’m SO glad I had Dr. Robert deliver my daughter. I moved 2 years ago and literally she is proving impossible to replace! I have been so disappointed with the quality of my experiences at other medical practices since that I have considered on more than one occasion to drive the 4 hours back to Grapevine and just see Dr. Robert again for my annual exams! They ARE the bar on what you want and hope for!! I’d give a dozen stars if I could."
