"I had Dr Jack Maxwell for sleep apnea. I basically paid for him to tell me the obvious over a virtual visit. Then when I wanted to go into detail and ask question, he acted like I was wasting his time. I finally have a different doctor now who needed my records. Wellfirst made it as difficult as they could to release the records. If you’re smart stay away from this Sleep diagnostics place. They are not in your best interest."

"Not too impressed. I came to this facility after being told at my current sleep facility the wait for a follow-up appointment would not happen before a surgery date. Upon finding out their supplier would be delayed in sending the machine needed I was soon on a venture to find a supplier. The doctor had the supplier call me promising to find a lender machine until mine came in, so that I would place the order. Only to find out that I would never receive another call back from that particular local rep. I have been given nothing but the run around while trying to prepare for a very important surgery."
"I would like to update my review. Although you guys were very professional, it’s been a pain to actually talk to someone from your office. I am just trying to trace where my referral has gone. The company you sent it to doesn’t call back. If you have a working relationship with them then you should be able to provide me with an actual person I can work with. If I knew my sleep study would be treated so lightly I would never have come to you’ll. It’s been over a month since I did my test and I have no follow up except for a text message. Somebody needs to call me to take this further."
"Kim is absolutely amazing!!! You truly feel like you have a best friend taking care of you! I was really nervous the 1st time I went and she instantly made me feel completely at ease! The beds are comfy and it feels like you're at a hotel."
